Start a Return

You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery, return unused products within 30 days or exchange sizes. Details: Returns & Right of Withdrawal.

  1. Create a request Fill in the form below with your order number.
  2. Approval and return code Within 1 business day we email you a return shipping code.
  3. Ship it Pack the item in its original packaging with tags and hand it to the carrier.
  4. Refund or exchange Within 14 days of receiving the item we refund your payment or send the new item.

Return / exchange form

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons opened tights, socks and underwear cannot be returned.
  • We cover shipping for faulty or wrongly sent items.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
