2. Product and price

The main characteristics, quantity, size and colour of the ordered products, the total price including taxes and any shipping fee are shown in the order summary at checkout.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment is taken via the methods offered at checkout. Products are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation at the latest, usually within 1–3 business days.

4. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right does not apply to unsealed underwear, leotards, tights and similar products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons. Details: Returns & Right of Withdrawal.

5. Complaints

You can send complaints to info@dire-co.com and, within the legal limits, apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
