• Free shipping: Free for orders of 1,500 TL and above. Shipping for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
• Dispatch: Weekday orders placed before 14:00 usually ship the same day, others within 24 hours.
• Delivery time: Usually 1–3 business days within Turkey after dispatch.
• Tracking: You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• Damaged parcel: If the parcel is damaged, please have the courier record it and let us know.
