14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
30-day easy returns
Beyond the legal period, you can return or exchange unused products with tags attached and in their original packaging within 30 days.
How do I return?
- Send your return request with your order number via the contact form or to info@dire-co.com.
- Hand the product to our partner carrier with the return code we send you.
- Once the product reaches us, your payment is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
Non-returnable products
- Leotards, tights, socks and underwear once unsealed, for hygiene reasons
- Personalised or altered products (e.g. pointe shoes with ribbons sewn on)
- Used, damaged or incomplete products
Defective products
If you receive a defective product you can exercise your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502; we cover the shipping cost.
