Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the user who registers on ritmist.com ("Site") ("Member") and the seller who owns the Site, whose details are given below ("Ritmist"), when the Member completes registration.

2. Subject

This Agreement sets out the conditions for using the Site's services as a member and the rights and obligations of the parties. Every purchase on the Site is additionally subject to the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

3. Membership

  • Membership starts when the registration form is completed fully and correctly and the email address is verified.
  • Persons under 18 may register with the consent of their parent or guardian.
  • The Member confirms that the information provided is accurate and current and will update it when it changes.
  • Membership is personal; account details and passwords may not be shared with third parties. The Member is responsible for any unauthorised use of the account and will notify Ritmist immediately on noticing it.

4. Member's rights and obligations

  • The Member uses the Site lawfully and in line with this Agreement and does not disrupt the Site or infringe the rights of others.
  • Reviews and ratings posted by the Member must be based on a genuine purchase experience; insulting, promotional, misleading content or content containing personal data will not be published or may be removed.
  • The Member may not copy, reproduce or commercially use images, texts, logos or designs on the Site without Ritmist's written permission.
  • The Member may request closure of the account at any time. Closing the account does not affect rights and obligations arising from open orders.

5. Ritmist's rights and obligations

  • Ritmist may change products, prices, campaigns and content on the Site without prior notice; orders already placed are subject to the conditions at the time of order.
  • Ritmist may suspend or terminate the membership of a Member who acts against this Agreement or the law.
  • Ritmist takes reasonable care to keep the Site running without interruption; it cannot be held liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, technical faults or force majeure.

6. Personal data and commercial messages

Members' personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and Privacy Policy. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with the Member's separate consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Changes

Ritmist may update this Agreement due to legal changes or service requirements. The updated text takes effect on the date it is published on the Site.

8. Disputes

Turkish law applies. For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits.

9. Entry into force

By completing registration the Member declares that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement in full. The Agreement consists of 9 articles and enters into force upon registration.
