Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

BUYER: The person whose name, address and contact details are given when placing the order.

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 – Product, price and payment

The type, quantity, colour, size, price including taxes, shipping fee and payment method of the products are stated in the order summary and in the order confirmation email sent to the BUYER. Listed prices are valid until updated.

Article 4 – Delivery

Products are delivered by a shipping company to the address given by the BUYER, within the statutory maximum of 30 days from order confirmation. If the BUYER is not at the address at the time of delivery, the SELLER is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of delivery to them or to a third party they designate, without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal can be sent to info@dire-co.com or via the contact form. The product must be returned within 10 days of the notice; the SELLER refunds the full amount to the BUYER's payment method within 14 days of receiving the product.

Article 6 – Exceptions

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the BUYER's specifications, to underwear, leotards, tights and similar items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to products whose protective packaging, tape or seal has been opened after delivery.

Article 7 – General provisions

The BUYER confirms having read the pre-information form and given the required electronic confirmation. If payment is not made due to unauthorised use of the payment instrument after delivery, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days.

Article 8 – Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction was made are competent within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts are competent above these limits.

Article 9 – Entry into force

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon confirming the order. The agreement is sent to the BUYER by email together with the order confirmation.
