Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided by Levent Sönmez ("Ritmist") as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Personal data we process

  • Identity: name, surname; Turkish ID number where required for invoicing
  • Contact: email, phone, delivery and billing address
  • Customer transactions: order, return and request details
  • Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, cookie records
  • Marketing: shopping preferences, only with your explicit consent

We do not store your card details; payments are processed by licensed payment institutions.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • Concluding and performing your order, delivery, returns and exchanges – performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
  • Invoicing, accounting and statutory retention – legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
  • Handling requests and complaints, information security, fraud prevention – legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f)
  • Campaigns, newsletters, personalised ads, analytics and marketing cookies – explicit consent (Art. 5/1)

4. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with shipping companies, payment institutions, accounting and e-invoice providers, competent authorities and IT service providers including Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform. As platform servers are located abroad, cross-border transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

5. Collection method

Data is collected electronically via our website, order and contact forms, email, phone and cookies.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages.
